1. Eligibility

1. 1. Contestants must meet the age, marital, and residency requirements as outlined in the official pageant application.
   2. All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification.
   3. Contestants must not have any pending legal disputes or criminal record that may negatively affect the reputation of the Pageant or its organizers.

2. Code of Conduct

1. 1. Contestants and participants agree to conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.
   2. Bullying, harassment, discriminatory behavior, or misconduct of any kind will result in disqualification.
   3. Social media postings should uphold the reputation of MyDream TV USA, Ways2Fame, International World Pageant, and associated brands.

3. Participation Requirements

1. 1. Contestants must attend rehearsals, training sessions, and events as scheduled by the organizers.
   2. Contestants are responsible for their own travel, attire, and personal expenses unless otherwise sponsored.
   3. By entering, contestants consent to training in areas including catwalk, photoshoots, public speaking, and Q&A preparation, conducted by official pageant trainers and coaches.

4. Sponsorships & Branding

1. 1. All official sponsors, including individual or brand sponsors, must be approved by MyDream TV USA and Ways2Fame management.
   2. Contestants agree to wear or display sponsored outfits, accessories, or logos when required by the Pageant.
   3. No personal sponsorship may conflict with official Pageant sponsors.

5. Media Release

1. 1. Contestants grant full rights to MyDream TV USA, Ways2Fame, and International World Pageant to record, broadcast, photograph, and publish images or videos taken during the Pageant.
   2. Contestants agree that all media content may be used globally for promotional, commercial, or advertising purposes without additional compensation.
   3. Contestants waive rights to royalties or approval for usage of such media.

6. Intellectual Property

1. 1. All pageant logos, names, and associated branding are the property of MyDream TV USA, Ways2Fame, and International World Pageant.
   2. Unauthorized use of these trademarks or logos is prohibited.

7. Titles, Crowns & Awards

1. 1. Winners of crowns and titles must fulfill ambassadorial duties as required by MyDream TV USA and Ways2Fame.
   2. The crown, sash, and title remain the intellectual property of the organizers and may be revoked in case of misconduct, breach of terms, or failure to fulfill responsibilities.
   3. Cash prizes, gifts, or sponsorships (if any) are subject to taxes as per U.S. law and must be reported by the recipient.

8. Liability

1. 1. Contestants participate at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or personal losses during the Pageant.
   2. Contestants must arrange their own health, travel, and accident insurance.

9. Confidentiality

Contestants may receive confidential information about the Pageant, its sponsors, or partners. Such information must not be disclosed without written consent from the organizers.

10. Disqualification & Withdrawal

1. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any contestant or participant for breach of these terms, misconduct, or actions that harm the Pageant’s reputation.
2. Entry fees, sponsorship fees, or other payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

11. Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.

12. Acceptance

By signing the official application form or submitting participation fees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
